Application Support Executive
(Selangor -  The Mines Resort City, Seri Kembangan)

Responsibilities:

• The candidate is expected to provide front line day to day support to the Maximo application software. Some software configuration and report development work should be expected although the majority of the implementation will be outsourced.
• Candidate are also expected to propose enhancements and improvements to Maximo usage with the organisation.
• Providing first level support for Maximo.
• Application configuration and report development.
• Monitor outsourced implementation projects.
• Propose enhancements and improvements to Maximo usage.
• Manage day to day operations of Maximo application.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in software development / implementation experience.
• Experience in implementing or supporting ERP solutions such as Maximo, SAP, Oracle, JDE and etc.
• Experience in a vendor environment would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English, with good oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand problems / issues and develop solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provides application supports to end users on Capacity Planning (MCS/VanGUARD) applications be able to resolve issue within the specific SLA.

Requirement

• Possess strong analytical technical skills, interpersonal and project management skill, and the ability to drive project resource planning and execution.
